When you use the PhotoDirector to edit/create your photos, who has rights to the finish product? Are all rights still yours? Can the program/company retain and use them as well?

both my images are below 300 x 300 yet it wont take them and says images must be smaller then 300 x 300

What happened to the LUT / Filters (Bokeh style options) that were available under Effects in PD365?

During import of a dng file from LR the cropped image shows correctly in the Photo Import browser ( see image Import preview.jpg) and also shows correctly during the import but crop info is lost as soon as the import is complete see image Library.jpg. What am I doing wrong or is this just a limitation ? Wondering how many others on Cyberlink PhD currectly using a Canon R6 Mark 2 (CR3 files). This camatra has been in production since about November 2022, yet Cyberlink has not updated PhD to access files from that particular Camera. I have three other Canons which have no problems as they are a little older. My subscription is due in August 2024 but if the upgarde is not forthcoming I will be switching programs (Luminar probably) as why pay for two programs? I have suggested that Cyberlink produce a update but I just have to wait until R & D get around to it. This is not a whinge about the actual program which I find great for my applications but the timeliness for upgrades. Perhaps others with Canon R6 2s suggest a upgarde I may happen quicker. Thanks

Hello, I have the problem that *.RW2 is only displayed pixelated. When importing, I briefly preview the image but then it is completely pixelated. I have a Panasonic Lumix DC-G9II and work with OS Ventura. See sample image

I've purchased the Director 365 Suite at the end of last year. Ive just received a notice that my CREDITS are about to expire. What nonsense is this???? After an initial purchase you then are expected to purchase credits to use this suite! Not happy Jan! I very much doubt that when my subscription expires it will be renewed.

You guys claim support for .CR3 file, but specifically do not support Canon R5 Mark II .CR3 files. Many programs including Adobe supports this. This is one of the most popular cameras in the world right now, can you please support the raw file type .CR3 photos.

When I'm in Adjust mode and using the Detail tools, the B&W mask shows whenever I make the respective adjustments. The mask should show only when I have the checkbox checked.
