Having Trouble with Refund Request
Re Support Ticket CS002767961 It's now been 4 and a half days since I purchased a subscription for PhotoDirector but made a typo in the email address I gave. It took over 40 hours for customer support to get in touch with me despite four support tickets, two appeals to this forum and a message on facebook account. When support did get to me they simply gave me a link to get a refund knowing full well I'd be unable to do so because of the incorrect email used with the purchase. I alerted them to this issue 24 hours ago but have heard nothing back since. Now I have a open ticket which I cannot reply to or make inquiries of. Incorrect email = no product Incorrect email = no refund This is how things stand at present. Most unacceptable. I want a refund on my money not because the product was not received but because of Cyberlink poor responsiveness in assisting with what is an easy mistake any one could make. My wait now looks like extending into five days - five days since payment - five days without product - three days since asking for a refund - one day since being given a link to nowhere - one day since last contact - still no idea what Cyberlink are doing... Has anybody else experienced this level of poor treatment? It's important that people know how I have been treated. It's the reason I want the refund and not the product. If a moderator could kindly ask support to get in touch and inform me if there has been any any movement or otherwise towards a satifactory resolution of my dilemma. Thanks
