Where's downloaded apps?
I used Cyberlink Application Manager to download and install Powerdirector content pack essentials; Pwrdir content pack essentials 2; and Pwrdir content pack holiday. I restarted my computer, but cannot find the programs – not in downloads, videos, on the desktop, in the search box, or in C:\Program Files, even though CAM said the programs would be ready to use after restarting. Any thoughts?

What do I need to do to import video from my Sony camcorder
When I try to Import video files from my Sony camcorder (AVCHD) it just sits and spins for hours for a 20 sec. video clip. I though PD365 recognized .mts files.

Producing an Animated GIF in PowerDirector 2026 Lifetime License
I was using a trial version of PowerDirector 360 and was able to produce animated GIFs. I just purchased PowerDirector 2026 (lifetime license) and the option to create animated GIFs is no longer available. Are animated GIF exports only available in PowerDirector 360?

Chapter Markers greyed out under tools menu
Hi folks. I recently upgraded to annual subscription of Power Director 365, but cannot access the chapter room as the Chapter Markers button is greyed out. Can anybody help. Its vital for my current project as the video is long and needs breaking up.

Download vs box with activation code
I'm considering PowerDirector + PhotoDirector Ultra 2025. There is an option for download or for a box with activation code. I've looked up the differences online but cannot find a simple pro and con discussion. For example, one web site said codes are passe and not necessary. Another said codes are needed to maintain security. Any recommendations would be welcome. Thanks.

Clips covered with a gray filter that become invisible to reading: how to do x remove this filter
Good morning, As you can see from the attached photo I was working on the two visible clips (color correction with color director) when I had finished and postponed the correction on the PD I realized that all the other clips before and after these two on the time line were veiled and can no longer be viewed: they are black to the vision!! I don't understand what I did and touched! thanks for the explanation! I have restarted several times without success. The problem is perhaps because before I noticed that all the clips had become veiled and turned black when I saw it, I had saved the correction. Thank you very much

I have audio track at the bottom but when i move this track or try to crop it original track on top of it keeps adjusting itself and movie goes out of sync. what should i do

Change the background color in the preview and editing windows
It would be nice to change the background color in the editors/preview window from black. I bring in snippets of old movie clips into my videos. The aspect ratios are wrong. So, when I crop them, especially when it is a dark clip, it is very hard to see the black bars in the editor. If I could change the background color of the editor (not my frame) that would be very helpful.

Lens Correction for Canon RF Lenses
There are no lens correction profiles for Canon RF lenses. Can Cyberlink please create them, at least for the popular lenses?
