Another basic function does not work dependably. Will not save favorite transitions. Clock is ticking on the refund. What a shame.

Is there a way to resize multiple clips at once? I am working on a project that may have as many as 120 individual clips of raw footage, and I want to increase the size of almost every one by 15%. After that, some clips will need to remain centered, while others will need to be left- or right-justified. Does PowerDirector have any tools to facilitate this work, or will I have to adjust every single clip individually? Thanks in advance.

Since updating to version 24.2.1410.0, manually entered volume values are not being applied. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

I do most of my videos as standard definition, I capture and filter VHS as 720x480, 4:2:2, rec.601. The new 365 only seems to produce 709, which is really for HD video. This alters the colors a little. Can anyone produce an MP4-5 at .601?

I just bought 365 and after a week I must say it ain't what I hoped. I am using HuffYUV avi files and when I tell PD it's 4:3 it takes forever to bring up the dialogue box. What is forever? Well, I can click, then go downstairs, check the stove isn't on fire, grab a water, come back upstairs just as the dialogue box appears. The second issue is why, after 20 plus versions do I still have to save after every edit because I know in a minute it's gonna freeze? I've got a pretty decent Ryzen 5 and 32G ram. I have 20+ days to decide if I'm going to stick with PD20.

The TV safe zone seems to have disappeared right after updating to the latest version Jan 30 2026. Does anyone know where I might find it ? Gone from the bottom of the edit screen and not in Preferences that I can see.

I am having a major issue with the Fade Transition in PowerDirector 365 v 24.0.1.1302.0. The way the Fade transition used to work was I would drag the Fade transition between two video clips. It would then automatically fade BOTH the Video and Audio portions of the videos. See my pics below. The first pic shows how the transition used to look. It would show the video transition in the light blue colored box on the top and the audio transition, which it called Constant Gain, in the dark blue box on the bottom. Now, when I drag Fade between the video clips, it ONLY fades the video and does not touch the audio. As a result, when you playback the two videos that are faded together, you hear a sudden change between the audio of the two tracks, which sounds terrible. How can this be fixed? The old version of PowerDirector 365 that had Fade working correctly was 23.5.1811.0. I just upgraded to 24.0.1302.0 and it no longer works. I also no longer seem to be able to go back to version 23.5.1811.0. Is there any way to get back to version 23.5.1811.0? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

When there is video that is being edited on the screen the pause button (and also pressing spacebar) do not work or lag considerably. This is making editing almost impossible at times. This latest update has dramatically increased the time it is taking for me to edit my videos becaus eof it.

This would make things so much easier to find whilst also making it easier if such features even exist.
