Hello, After updating my PD365 to version 24.6.1907.0, the audio mixer is not functioning at all, is it only in my program? Thanks

Why is it that the function that can be used to trim the video disappears after updating, that is, you can enlarge the fragment in the lower right corner of the first image, and the magnifying glass button for a more detailed trim disappears completely after the update (Figure 2)

My timeline toolbar has largely disappeared. Occasionally, I can see the very top of the items and if I'm careful with my cursor, I can select them. Most of the time, it's just blank. Your online help was useless. Directed me to select a 'View' dropdown (workspace) and isn't there. I was able to try to reset to a default workspace. That didn't correct the problem. Can you help

I have just installed the latest version of PD and I must say that it is still unusuable for video editing because I still can't adjust the volume of individual video clips precisely. The audio mixer is still not able to precisely control the volume of individual clips. This was much better with the PD21 version. Fortunately, I still have the previous version that I can use for video editing!!! When will the audio mixer finally be available again in the old quality? If you make mistakes, dear CyberLink people, you should acknowledge them and fix them!!! It's frustrating!

This is just feedback. My desktop had trouble connecting to the internet yesterday, and that’s when I found out all my cyberpower programs (I have Directorsuite 365) Refuse to turn on when there’s no connection! An error screen pops up right as they turn on and when you achnowledge no connection they shut down. This is unacceptable, I should be allowed to continue work on my projects when the internet is down Period!

Multicam Designer is a game changer and significantly reduces editing time with multiple shots. It's had a maximum of 4 cameras for as long as I can remember. It would be really helpful to allow for more cameras to be added. There's certainly lots of space for that in the UI. Thanks!

What happened to any of the Sketch Animation overlays such as "Sketch Animation 01"? When placed on the timeline and selected, there no longer appears the Blue Edit button. The overlay appears in the preview window and can be resized there but that is the limit of any editing. Even hitting F2 to bring up the Advanced Editing Window does not work. If you right click on the selected overlay in the preview window, normally there is an menu item "Edit" which would give an option to "Modify" or hit F2, but those options are all greyed out. See the attached screenshot. I have reverted back to the previous version 1727 until CyberLink fixes this.

I am REALLY trying to like this 365. As a looong-time Cyberlink guy, and responsible for some of the "features" over the years, I kinda feel like my child went off to college and came back a little...off. One thing that would help is would it REALLY kill Cyberlink to allow for the Smartsound database to be reintegrated?

Set Clip Attributes - Aspect Ratio missing

Good morning to the whole CyberLink team, I have been a PowerDirector user for over ten years. Over the years, software has become my main video creation tool. Today, the arrival of AI agents (Claude, Codex, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is completely changing the way we work. These AIs are now able to plan, reason, and execute complex tasks. What PowerDirector lacks today is not a new AI function, but a real opportunity to collaborate with these agents. I would like to be able to provide an AI with an extremely accurate script and then allow them to automatically build a fully editable PowerDirector project. I could then get back in control to adjust the editing, modify certain scenes, or ask the AI to make only the corrections I wanted. In other words, a hybrid workflow: * the AI prepares the project; * PowerDirector generates a complete project (.pds); * the creator maintains artistic control and makes the necessary adjustments. To do this, it would be great if CyberLink developed an API, SDK, or interface that would allow AI agents to control PowerDirector securely. I am convinced that this type of integration would represent a major development. Creators are no longer just looking for tools that incorporate AI, but software that can work with AI agents that are gradually becoming their production assistants. I would be very interested to know CyberLink's position on this issue. Is this feature part of your roadmap? I truly believe that it could make PowerDirector one of the most innovative editing software in its category.
