Yesterday I was creating some videos for Halloween and everything was working normally. I created several and even managed to preview them. Suddenly, they all disappeared. When I access "My Creations," none appear. Only a message appears saying "You don't have any AI generated videos yet." It's strange because I even received emails confirming that the created videos were ready. Is it a temporary problem?

Thousands of people for several years have sent feedback by mail or made threads on this forum or on Reddit referring to the Cyberlink company to bring back features from old versions, like move track, disable continuous thumbnail in the timeline, Playhead nodes, etc., but nothing happens. Several people have raised the question of what was the need to remove these features? On one side, other video editing companies like Adobe and Blackmagic Design add more and more features to their video editing software, but Cyberlink is a company that removes features. It’s good to see that Cyberlink's share price is decreasing. I hope the company suffers more and more losses. Any company that doesn't listen to its customers should suffer losses. Thank you.

I've installed Cyberlink App Mananger to re-install PowerDirector. But when I go to install, all it does is add a zip folder to my desktop. I've made sure that I have the latest version of CAM and that I have all the appropriate Microsoft Visual C+++ programs installed. Yet, the only thing that happens. . .even after uninstallations & reboots. . .is I get zip folders.

In older version, filename comes in between the video which was nice whereas in latest version ,filename comes at top of video. It is causing disruption . Please bring the older way of timeline or give us the option where we will decide it. I have attached screenshot to make PD developer better understand the overall issue.

I'm trying to eliminate an echo mistakenly recorded with 2 mics on in OBS. It's long and I really don't want to record it again. In fact I can't because things are too different from when I did the first recording. I managed to disconnect the audio from the video but that's as far as I got. Everything I've read on the web tells me to find an "Edit" button above the timeline or right click and find the Audio button. Can't find anything above the timeline except except Tools, Fix/Enhance, Keyframe and the properties button. None of those give me what I need. Audio button and even Tools don't give me an AI option except for AI Speech to Text. I don't have enough knowledge to mess around with the audio mix and Denoise doesn't do anything for me. I've contacted support but that was on the 23rd. It's now the 28th and I haven't heard a peep from them except to send me a link for my support ticket. I really need some help. I managed to stretch my deadline but not for much longer.

I have been using power director for about a year now. No problems, I like what is does and it was fairly easy to pick up. I have not changed any of the settings and yesterday it started getting really laggy, then it started to buffer my videos to optimize performance. I had no issues with the program prior to yesterday afternoon. Is there a setting that I changed on accident or ??? I am at a loss. I have seen some posts about shutting down the audio and just using video during the editing process. I kind of need them both at the same time. Again, up until yesterday afternoon all was good. Any help offered is appreciated? BTW I updated everything that I can find, just to make sure all is current. I have also optimized my drives and so on. I am at a loss, please help.

The original 9:16 clip I add to power director and attempt to export comes out with a noticeable lower quality and slightly less saturated color. I've played around with the profile settings for hours, trying to match the identical settings of the source video with no luck. Best I've done is maxing out the resolution and bitrate on PD but still can't get to the FHD quality of the original clip. Thoughts? I get the error code EC00c0008 when I want to burn a DVD - both as a disk image or on a hard disk or on a DVD burner

Add a 'Copy Settings' and a 'Paste Settings' button at the bottom of the Crop/Rotate window. This will be helpful when multiple video clips are generated of a speaker for use in a P-i-P type of production placed over (along side) the PowerPoint slide. The editor can then quickly resized each clip of the speaker to the same size. This copy/paste feature is available for 'keyframes' position/scale which is great, but it is needed in the 'Crop/Rotate' feature as well. Thanks.

We want previous version. Especially when we need to add new subtitle marker. In previous version of PD we just click to add new one. New version? We can't! Every time we need to add new one we have to adjust the subtitle marker and click to add new one. Or split the subtitle marker and then adjust the subtitle marker. Every time!!! Plz bring back previous version to subtitle function. At least how to add new subtitle marker.
