I recently purchased PDVD23 in order to be able to play blu-ray and DVD discs from an external drive, as well as to play .mov and .mp4 files that are on my hard drive. For the sake of consistency, I set PDVD as the default video player (instead of Windows legacy Media Player which I still have, and much prefer, for viewing image files.) I noticed today that, unlike Windows Media Player which plays only the selected .mov or .mp4 file and then stops at the end, PowerDVD 23 automatically moves to the next video file in the folder and plays that. I do not want that. I want PDVD to play ONLY the video file I select (via doubleclick on the file in Windows Explorer) and then stop. However, I cannot find a setting in PDVD for "play only selected video' (or something like that). Is there a way to stop PDVD from automatically advancing to the next video file? (If not, I will need to go back to using Windows Media Player Legacy -- I hate the Win11 media player, btw -- but want to see if perhaps that control is hidden somewhere in PDVD23.) So I just finished editing my video on power director and I made it literally perfect and I went to export it and boom like there's an error so I followed all steps to remove the error but nothing worked so and if your wondering what the error said it said : PowerDirector moble encountered an error while producing the video and a problem whit the decoder or something like that so I had no other option either than delete power director and switch to kine master thanks to you prices of s@#t i had to delete all my hardwork I spent about 3 or 4 days on. I am switching to kinemaster bye . I hope you learn from this.

ColorDirector is currently unable to display the visual component of any video files. While the audio plays correctly, the video does not render in the preview window. I want to either stop Media Espresso from interrupting my other apps or remove it from my desk top. I tried to remove the app with no success.

Be able to deactivate the license via a website in my account and, very importantly, in the program itself, because when I reinstall Windows, I have to enter a new license again, if deactivatable is only 1ne.

I am trying to record screen content with the SR in PowedDirector 365. The first time I have launched it worked fine. However on every subsequent attempt it starts recording, but the "Stop" button is missing, and the keyboard hotkey does not work. Some of the elements of the interface still work, I can get into settings and such. If I try to close the window (x), I get the message that the recording is in progress. If I proceed, it the mouse operation start lagging ( no change in the resource usage) untill I kill the process. I tried uninstalling the screen recorder, installing the standalone SR4, removing it, installiing SR365, with no success. I have Director suite 365 subscription. OS is Windows 11 23H2 version 22631.5189 on 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 / 32 GB RAM

I have Power2Go 13 and I'm trying to make a photo gallery disk to play on my DVD player. I seem to have created the project fine and it says that the DVD is successfully burned. When I try to play it in the DVD player, all I see are blank folders. If I go to the photo viewing option of my DVD player, I then see pictures in the folders as well as thumbnails. Clicking on a photo allows me to view it but it does not auto advance every 3 seconds as I set it to in the project. The background music selection I added does not play either. I get the feeling that the process I'm following isn't designed to create a slideshow with music on a DVD player. Any suggestions?

I have PD23 . It was working great then stopped working. keep getting purchase request. tried checking to make sure I modified everything properly. Won't allow me to modify anymore for some reason. Help this was such a great program for about a week till it stopped working.

After installing the update for ULTRA, PowerDVD 23 refuses to open. I deactivated my anti-virus and then reinstalled the software with the standard version, I have no problems opening. But as soon as I install the update, PowerDVD crashes as soon as I open it.
