PhotoDirector

Following the installation of update v.17.0.1202.0 for PhotoDirector 365 today, the "Tag Faces" function has ceased to operate. A complete uninstall and subsequent reinstall of PhotoDirector has not resolved the issue, and the "Tag Faces" function remains non-operational. Is anyone familiar with a solution to this problem?

I have been trying to create stills from a video in Photodirector 365. It used to be easy with the old create TAB. I'm now trying to use the the file import, video to photo and also the create from the dropdown menu but cannot get the video to load. I've tried different videos and and restarts and update but nothing I try works. It just says video loading and despite waiting ages nothing happens. I have to be honest that I preferred my Photodirector in the old format and without all the new AI stuff. it seems to have slowed everything down. Can anyone help with a suggestion I can try to get my video to load please

All CR3 images are imported with a pink hue

After exposure and colour corrections have been made I save my DNG files to jpg with some corrections resulting in an unwanted grid pattern being overlaid over the image! Any suggestions on how this is caused? Please find sample images

The black bar at the bottom of this photo is being added during the import. The original raw file contains the full photo info, but PD is applying this black bar to every photo I import. What is going on????

how to import a heic photo

I have tried many times to download the purchased PhotoDirector 365 using CyberLink Application Manager. I always get the error: “There was an MD5 error during the download process. The operation could not be completed.” I have already uninstalled and reinstalled CyberLinkApplication Manager several times. 3 tickets submitted by me (CS002819210, CS002819783 and CS002820568) have not been processed to date. ---- I have tried many times to download the purchased PhotoDirector 365 using the CyberLink Application Manager. I have all these keys to programs that vanish off my PC and then I cant find a downloads page. only offers to spend more money after I spent hundreds to buy things that automatically vanish! What does lifetime license mean if you guys do not support your programs?

I have an issue with downloading the New Module in Photo Director. It stops at 64%. I have left it for an hour and still no movement.

Has anyone else had a problem with AI replace? It worked for the first day of the update and now when I try to use it, it locks photodirector up and then I have to shut it down. Any suggestions?
