Sure. Its a canon eos-r6 mark II. I used a RF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM Lens. Looks like there is a 8mb upload limit. Let me see how to get the file over. I have attached a screenshot of the issue meanwhile. Thanks for your help with this

CyberLink is aware of this issue and it is scheduled to be fixed in the next PhotoDirector 365 release. It you have the perpetual Ultra version, not sure when it will be patched (updated).
