I have tried many times to download the purchased PhotoDirector 365 using CyberLink Application Manager. I always get the error: “There was an MD5 error during the download process. The operation could not be completed.”
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled CyberLinkApplication Manager several times.
3 tickets submitted by me (CS002819210, CS002819783 and CS002820568) have not been processed to date.
