Hi, In the Trim & Multi Trim screen: there used to be the possibility to chose ranges of frames, seconds or minutes - like from 10 min-1 sec all the way down to frames. That seems to be missing in the latest update. Has it totally been removed, or is there a way to enable it? In advance, thank you. Michael

The home/end buttons does not work anymore in the trim window. The play and frame-by-frame buttons still work.

I assigned the " S " key for Splt. I understand I have to either move my mouse to the Split on the TOOL area by the left each and every time i want to do a split, or press the S key I assigned, if I want to highlight two tracks to split both at the same time. but is there or will tehre be a better way to do SPlitting with this program, with a play head that hthe red marker is on seems for many months now the site has no feedback to give but we rely on members

Can not trim a video. I import a 4K video. I drag the video to the timeline. I select trim and move the slider to the starting frame. I see the starting frame and click the indicator for the frame I want to start on. Trim freezes up from there, I tried uninstall and reinstall. It still does not work. Running latest version from 365 subscription. I have over 300GB of free disk space and can not see any reason for the freeze. It happened on two files now.

The preview window no longer has scrollbars? I use it to resize the video in Keyframes mode

When i put clip to to the timeline I love for it to connect automaticlly to end of clip one, so I have no issues overwriting Not sure wher to fin it to link any help is appreciatated

As I thought I had the playhead correctly working on hte first try, if i clicked anywhere on the timelines it moved and played when hit the space bar... it only moves if i am on the actual small place on top of the timeline only. where you see it say the time is the only place it will move to play

Added Ballet Harmony to the fonts a few years back. Last week I had to have a clean install of windows and I'm having to re install everything again. Using Photodirector 14. I can't remember how I added this font previously and can't find any instructions as to how to do it. Any help greatly appreciated. Paul

After the update at the beginning of October 2025, I'm having audio issues when videos are sliced and edited. If I have a 10 minute video, I slice it down to 4 or 5 minutes, keeping the audio connected to the video it goes with. The preview is perfect every time. When I export the video, some of the segments of will include audio that was sliced out of the edited video. There is no rhyme or reason for this and it happens at different points each time. Actions taken already: Cleaned up my hard drive (25 to 30 GB free) Confirmed that the program is up to date Shutdown my computer and rebooted a couple times
