PowerDirector

Yesterday I was creating some videos for Halloween and everything was working normally. I created several and even managed to preview them. Suddenly, they all disappeared. When I access "My Creations," none appear. Only a message appears saying "You don't have any AI generated videos yet." It's strange because I even received emails confirming that the created videos were ready. Is it a temporary problem?

I've installed Cyberlink App Mananger to re-install PowerDirector. But when I go to install, all it does is add a zip folder to my desktop. I've made sure that I have the latest version of CAM and that I have all the appropriate Microsoft Visual C+++ programs installed. Yet, the only thing that happens. . .even after uninstallations & reboots. . .is I get zip folders.

I'm trying to eliminate an echo mistakenly recorded with 2 mics on in OBS. It's long and I really don't want to record it again. In fact I can't because things are too different from when I did the first recording. I managed to disconnect the audio from the video but that's as far as I got. Everything I've read on the web tells me to find an "Edit" button above the timeline or right click and find the Audio button. Can't find anything above the timeline except except Tools, Fix/Enhance, Keyframe and the properties button. None of those give me what I need. Audio button and even Tools don't give me an AI option except for AI Speech to Text. I don't have enough knowledge to mess around with the audio mix and Denoise doesn't do anything for me. I've contacted support but that was on the 23rd. It's now the 28th and I haven't heard a peep from them except to send me a link for my support ticket. I really need some help. I managed to stretch my deadline but not for much longer.

The original 9:16 clip I add to power director and attempt to export comes out with a noticeable lower quality and slightly less saturated color. I've played around with the profile settings for hours, trying to match the identical settings of the source video with no luck. Best I've done is maxing out the resolution and bitrate on PD but still can't get to the FHD quality of the original clip. Thoughts? I get the error code EC00c0008 when I want to burn a DVD - both as a disk image or on a hard disk or on a DVD burner

I have a timeline with 4 clips.  Using "Select Clip Range" clips 1 and 2 are selected.  Then "Export Range" is used to burn the 2 clips.   Unselected clips 3 and 4 are also being burned.  What am I missing? You can't burn a selected range, only export it as a file?  If so, why don't .iso files exported from PD work in VLC Media Player?  VLC plays everything. Thanks Joe PD 2025  WIN 11

I have a new PC and would like to have my self-created picture animations as well as my favorite transitions etc. on the new PC as well. In short, I want everything to look like it does now:) What do I have to do? My idea would be to simply copy the entire program folder over it after the new installation? Is that a stupid idea, is there anything easier?

All of the sudden, the "Remove and Fill Gap" function is performing very poorly for me -- it often takes 5-15 seconds to delete and move clips. I believe this started with the next-to-last product update. I need to edit down a lot of raw video, and it is taking me forever. How can I work around this? Thanks in advance.

Distorted sound on imported .mp4 videoclip which has clear sound while playing it with VLC player

Hi, have any of you ever had the problem of not being able to select the 4k resolution when burning a Blu-ray? In Pinnacle studio, I had to buy an extra Plugin to burn a bluray. And that also worked on 4K. All equipment is 4K capable. My laptop is about a year old and was the fastest on the market (Asus rog-strix). Properties of the 4k image: H.265, 3840x2160, 25 fps, 58200 kbps (4k Sony camera). With the blu-ray option, I can select a maximum of 1920x1080 pixels. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
