When I try to Import video files from my Sony camcorder (AVCHD) it just sits and spins for hours for a 20 sec. video clip. I though PD365 recognized .mts files.

I have had to install PD on a new computer. I have managed to get most settings back Is it possible to install the free versions of proDAD Adorage and VitaScene? Is it worth it? PD365 Ver: 24.0.1216.0 Keith

Hi folks. I recently upgraded to annual subscription of Power Director 365, but cannot access the chapter room as the Chapter Markers button is greyed out. Can anybody help. Its vital for my current project as the video is long and needs breaking up.

Good morning, As you can see from the attached photo I was working on the two visible clips (color correction with color director) when I had finished and postponed the correction on the PD I realized that all the other clips before and after these two on the time line were veiled and can no longer be viewed: they are black to the vision!! I don't understand what I did and touched! thanks for the explanation! I have restarted several times without success. The problem is perhaps because before I noticed that all the clips had become veiled and turned black when I saw it, I had saved the correction. Thank you very much

I have audio track at the bottom but when i move this track or try to crop it original track on top of it keeps adjusting itself and movie goes out of sync. what should i do

"Error Code eC00C0005" power director 18 This happens when I try to burn a 5.1 audio iso file.

When I play back the exported video from my hard drive on tv, the soundtrack keeps cutting off at random intervals. If I hit the fast forward or back button, the sound becomes audible again, but it keeps happening over and over again. My export settings are set to MP4, Codec H.264, bitrate 5000Kbps if that helps.

How do I use a second monitor as a workspace not just a preview window. I use a 15.6 inch laptop and have a 15.6 inch portable monitor. I find the normal preview window is quite small for doing editing so my idea is to use a second monitor. I have never used a second monitor before so don't really know what to expect.

copyright errors. When I try to record my own home movies from VHS, I keep getting stopped after a few minutes, with a message saying that I'm not allowed to record the copyright material!!! I can't even record more than a few minutes at a time. How can I proceed?

Every video I record using PowerDirector 365 with my AnkerWork Camera, the video is just a green screen. I have disabled the Hardware Acceleration and this made no difference. The software is useless to us like this, we will be asking for a refund if we can't find a solution.
