Pause button not working while editing videos.

When there is video that is being edited on the screen the pause button (and also pressing spacebar) do not work or lag considerably. This is making editing almost impossible at times. This latest update has dramatically increased the time it is taking for me to edit my videos becaus eof it.

Yeah, I was seeing this too, especially when I tried editing a bunch of HDR videos. I lowered the preview resolution and it seems to be working better for now, so maybe you can try the same?
I already sent this to their customer service, but if you do as well it will definitely contribute to getting their attention on it. I accessed it here:
