I am trying to record screen content with the SR in PowedDirector 365. The first time I have launched it worked fine. However on every subsequent attempt it starts recording, but the "Stop" button is missing, and the keyboard hotkey does not work. Some of the elements of the interface still work, I can get into settings and such. If I try to close the window (x), I get the message that the recording is in progress. If I proceed, it the mouse operation start lagging ( no change in the resource usage) untill I kill the process. I tried uninstalling the screen recorder, installing the standalone SR4, removing it, installiing SR365, with no success. I have Director suite 365 subscription. OS is Windows 11 23H2 version 22631.5189 on 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 / 32 GB RAM

Screen recorder doesn't record the audio. I've tried several things, but none works. I've set the audio in different settings, but none work. Please help!

So, let me get this straight, is there mention of Power2Go because the software is a steaming pile of junk, and Cyberlink have disowned it? By the way, when I click the verify email address button and it says welcome, then makes me log in - COUNTER INTUITIVE. And then, I have to click a button to create a Forum Account - COUNTER INTUITIVE. Cyberlink Power2Go, be nice if it recognised blank CDs, be nice if it had CORRECT DISK SIZE, be nice if you could actually show some other file fields, like for oh, I don't know, ID3 tags, but hey, be nice to have software that worked, did something, and was user friendly... And the CyberLink Tech Support Team put down there coffees and shout "Tell 'im 'es DREAMING..." Probably should have expected that what I would get with an LG USB drive would be akin to the drive itself... zero.

how to stop it from loading files .. i have tons of clipart jpgs it wants to load that is not even in under the windows photos folder.. how do you stop it from scanning all your dang drives and folders .. Geebus who wrote this thing .. it keeps locking up because i have tones of image items ..

What is MyEdit-image and MyEdit-Audio? Do they do anything different other than PD or Photo Director?Audio Director Are there any advantages I can not seem to find any tutorials or information on them.

What replaced PowerProducer?

i installed p2g yesterday and it was working great, until today. I went to open the app and it won't respond. when I try reinstalling it gets to the screen that says buy or continue with free version, but that immediately changes. When I try launching the free version, everything stops and power2go disappears and I try reopening and get nothing. I have gone to the point of uninstalling all cyberlink software and reinstalling it, but, It keeps doing the exact same thing.

How do I enter key code in Power2Go? App gives me no direction or link to enter it.
