DEAR TEAM CYBERLINK,POWERDVD 24 is undisputedly King of the media,when i play blu-ray movies in audio passthrough mode,the volume of blu-ray movies with truehd,ac3 sound track are not enough loud,though in maximum volume.and the volume with dts-hd master are perfect. best wishes

I am running PowerDVD 24. Some MP4 files will play with audio only, no video. They play fine on Windows Media Player. Is there a codec pack I need to install?

Can you actually make a product that works? Especailly when you make me pay $55 for said product. I bought the newest software and guess what I still can't watch my blu-rays.

When attempting to edit movie information, program freezes and has to be force closed using Task Manager. This problem has existed for some time and has NEVER been addressed or fixed. The fact is that the MoovieLine database is a nightmare of incorrect information and predominantly in Chinese or Taiwanese despite selecting the information be the same as the systemt default language setting. Apparently, all the bad reviews regarding Cyberlink's support are true. They always blame the customer for the problems and never provide a solution. Even then, they still want access to the users personal cloud storage area like Google, One drive and Dropbox rather than provide a means to upload the dump files directly to them.

What are the specs necessary to get it to work? Does it apply to DVD's, Blu-rays and Video files? Is it an on/off thing or is there some ability to customize it?

I upgraded PowerDVD 22 to 23 yesterday, since then PowerDVD no longer play*.mkv files in 4k. Windows11 Pro, all the latest updates and all the latest drivers, as well as the required video codecs are installed. MPC plays them, so it can't be a fault on my system (especially since 4k *mkv files were running with PowerDVD 22). I just did the upgrade, didn't change any settings or anything like that. I actually only performed the upgrade because version 22 sometimes did not display any subtitles of*.mkv files. I would like to ask them to help me as soon as possible, otherwise I won't be able to fully use the program. It would also be nice if they could answer my tickets and not leave me hanging like that as a customer.
