Activation Count Exceeds Limit

I currently have PowerDVD installed on only one computer, yet I get an activation count that exceeds limit message

You will only see this message when installing PowerDVD. There is a limit to the number of times the activation key can be used, so you must have installed it too many times. You need to contact support about this and ask them to re-activate the key.

I have purchased PowerDVD 16, 17, 18 & 19 under the email address of ******@gmail.com. Why should I have such a problem?
