When I try rendering final video on 4k or 1080p , app just stucked on infinite time without progress
If I'm change to 720p all fine.

Lenovo uses its customized OS on their tablets even though the core is Android.
Have you updated your device OS to the latest one then reinstall the PD mobile again to try out? The flagship CPU should support 4K video export otherwise you cannot even select the resolution to export your project.
If it doesn't help, try contact cyberlink in the app.
Google core service has been enabled in your Android settings already, right?
