Why more charges for mobile app??

I have a yearly subscription to PowerDirector 365. I recently downloaded the mobile app and am getting prompted to buy yet another subscription for 34.99/year. Look, I already paid for access to this stuff - quite a bit - making it available in a mobile app without additional cost should be without question. Understandable if someone has not already paid, but you guys should really review your business practices around this for already paid customers.
