Timeline toolbar has disappeared

My timeline toolbar has largely disappeared. Occasionally, I can see the very top of the items and if I'm careful with my cursor, I can select them. Most of the time, it's just blank. Your online help was useless. Directed me to select a 'View' dropdown (workspace) and isn't there. I was able to try to reset to a default workspace. That didn't correct the problem. Can you help

I remember that the options are customizable and the corresponding options will display only after you selected any clip on timeline.
At least, my PD works fine on this case. Try update or contact their support if you need real investigation.
