PowerDirector 365 timeline ruler goes from 1:29 to 2:00 instead of 1:59 to 2:00. Why?

I upgraded from PowerDirector 16 to 365 (subscription). The Timeline Ruler goes displays in seconds, I think, but for some reason goes from 1 to 1:29 then becomes 2:00 and goes to 2:29 and becomes 3:00. Why is this? The PD16 version goes to 1:59 then becomes 2:00. I don't see a way to change this under preferences.

It doesn't go from 1:29 (as in a minute, 29 seconds) to 2:00. It goes from 00:01:29 to 00:02.00. You are looking at frames, not seconds. You have your framerate set to 30 frames per second, so that is why it changes to 2 seconds when it hits 30 frames. Same behaviour was in older versions from what I remember.
I just checked the version 15 I still had installed. Very similar, just less zeros than before. See attached.

Jets 2011 - I thought of that this morning and thanks for clarifying for me; however, not sure where the setting is to change it to 60 fps. I've looked under settings but it isn't there. Still searching.
