Hi all, I hope I get help here. I have PowerDirector 16 Ultimade and can't download it from Cyberlink. Does anyone know why and how I can get back to my program? I saved the file, but I get the message that an incorrect version was installed.

The installation that is installed is PowerDirector 14 and the 16 Ultimate as an update, so to speak.
