PD 21 What does optimization do when it comes to hardware acceleration?

I noticed that the optimization always crashed for me. Of course, that bothered me until I realized that my CPU had too little voltage. The PC is assembled by myself, so I have a lot of experience. Previously, Geekbench - OCCT and other CPU-intensive applications ran flawlessly, including games. When the test is running, the task manager says (External working process for fault tolerance), this is an error tolerance test.? Optimization is also required for every graphics driver update. The graphics card is not loaded at all.

Perhaps it's time to upgrade your pd to new version for the newer CPU and GPU compatibility, but not stay with the version that has been released over 4 years.
