No sound at all in Power Director 365 for Mac

I just did the latest update for April for Power Director this morning and have no sound with anything in the Power Director App. Music, clips, nothing has sound. Everything is muted. I have checked security settings in Mac, I have deleted the Power Director App and downloaded it again. I have messed with everything possible and still have no sound. I'm dead in the water for making videos until this gets fixed. I would like to go back to previous version, but can't even do that.

I am sorry I cannot duplicate this on my MacMini. Just a couple of suggestions that may or may not be of use: 1) In preferences>general, change the audio channels settings. 2) Make sure the track or tracks the audio is on is not muted. Perhaps somehow "Mute all Audio Tracks" got selected. Also make sure enable all tracks is selected. Sorry I cannot be more of a help, but hang on there are plenty of knowledgeable people on this forum who can be more helpful than I am.
