MTS Files with AC-3 Audio not importing audio

I have imported an mts file into pd 365 and the audio is empty. The file plays just fine in my media player on my PC with windows 11. Software is up to date. Its not a windows problem it's a PD software bug.

Bug? 
pd new versions have not supported Dolby audio since many years ago.
Dolby and DTS are notorious money grabber in multimedia industry via their proprietary licensing business model.

VN800 Rider But if his video is playing with audio in Windows, then the AC-3 codec must be present which means his Win installation was done prior to 24H2 (which is when MS dropped the AC-3 codec).
