When i put clip to to the timeline I love for it to connect automaticlly to end of clip one, so I have no issues overwriting Not sure wher to fin it to link any help is appreciatated

PD's timeline supports auto-snap feature.
You can just add a media clip to timeline and align it to the end of another clip till the snapline show up. There won't be any accidental overwriting occurred.

QC 2.0 thank you, it may be a little sensitive for me, meaning if I bring in and let go I at times can be left short, causing a frame missed, and if too much prompting to do an edit. each drop of a file should SPRING t othe end of the previous clip is what I like

As if I use video one on top, not reversing it works better than on the bottom to top
