Another regression in the version 24.3.1525 Trim function: in previous versions, if the timeline playhead was positioned within the media item, the Trim function opened with the playhead on that position within the media; if it was positioned outside the media item on the timeline, the Trim window opened with the playhead at the start of the media. Now the playhead is always positioned at the start of the media when the Trim window opens.

This may have been a deliberate change as a request from users, but I found the way it used to work very useful as I often identified an approximate position for either the In or Out point on the timeline before fine-tuning it within the Trim function. Now on entry to the Trim function, that position is lost.
