Green screen recording with AnkerWork Camera

Every video I record using PowerDirector 365 with my AnkerWork Camera, the video is just a green screen. I have disabled the Hardware Acceleration and this made no difference. The software is useless to us like this, we will be asking for a refund if we can't find a solution.
