Exports Painfully Slow

I use PowerDirector 365 Version 24.0.0805.0. I've noticed that my last few exports -- since the last upgrade, I think -- have been orders of magnitude slower than before. I just tried to export 3.5 minute video at 4K, and it crawled through the 20% complete range for about half an hour before I just cancelled it. (Then PowerDirector crashed.) What's changed, and how can I work around this? This is a huge impediment for me. Thanks.

Same problem for me 24 mins of footage took an hour. I was using the same version.
At end they linked me to an update which updated manager then updated PD 365.

I have more information to share. The project that was giving me trouble today contains a single video clip recorded on an Android cell phone in "Ultra HD resolution with smooth frame rate". I tried rendering a different project with multiple HD videos recorded on a trail cam, and the export ran fine. It might have something to do with the bit rate. Anyway, it looks like the problem is much more limited than I thought. It's still frustrating, though, since I need to be able to use cell phone footage in videos. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Update: I updated my graphics driver, BIOS, and a few other system components from the Dell website. I have tried multiple export configurations in PowerDirector (always using 4K, though). I am getting the same result. The one hard metric I captured is that it took 33 minutes to get to 38% complete. Help!
