Every time I want to produce a 4k video, a flashing symbol appears when putting Text or Transition before and after the start
MOS MOD
I was producing 4k videos on the old version. I didn't face any problems adding Text or Transition. There was AVCHD among the video formats. But after updating to the new version, many video formats were removed. Every time I want to produce a 4k video, a flashing symbol appears when putting Text or Transition before and after the start. But when I change from 4k to 1080, this problem doesn't happen to me. This problem only occurs when producing 4k video. Even video formats, whether MKV or MP4, have nothing to do with it. Our problem is with the 4k system. Unfortunately, I still have this problem. I hope it is solved. Sometimes I wish the old version was better.

On a quick test, I can't replicate anything like that using the sample clips. I'm on PDR365 23.5.1811. More detail on exactly what you see would be useful - maybe a screen shot or two? Does it happen with all Text and Transitions?
You should also raise a ticket with CS, I think :

MOS MOD
Only when producing a 4K video. Note that the old version had no problem. Something like a flash appears before the text starts and after it ends. Also before the transition starts and after it ends. Here are some clips:

Haven't had time to thoroughly test it on my system yet.
Title : The first frame of the Title causes the frame to be lightened - I presume for the duration of the title? (your clip ends just before the title truly ends) Might just be visible in the snips below.
Transitions : a similar issue happens around 20 frames before the transition shows and 20 frames after the transition ends. In this case the frames become darker - more like an underexposure - hard to show in a screen capture. However, not having the actual timeline makes when the transition "starts" and "ends" a difficult judgement.
I'll try and test it more in depth later but I'd suggest sending your clips to CS anyway for them to look at.
