DJI 4K-videos are not converted to shadowfile 1920x1080

Using PowerDirector 2025_ultra on Windows 10.
In the general shadowfile settings there are 3 resolutions to choose from.
No matter which i choose, they all convert to 1280x720 which is not good enough for previewing.
I have contacted Cyberlink Support and followed their suggestions to find the cause but till now, nothing works.
I have installed PD on another computer where PD was never installed on and got the same problem.
Who has similar experience with this, knows the cause or knows how to solve it ?
i'm using the latest version 23.0.0830.1

Sorry for being a nerd: But you are using the source video file recorded on the actual DJI drone device, and not the "live feed" video stream to a mobile device? (mobile stream 720p vs 4K on device)

My understanding is that "shadow files' are only used to display video during editing. Higher preview shadow files requires higher graphic card processing power. The final EXPORT is where the rendering quality is selected. In the 365 version preview quality is selected in the drop-down options - is that not the same in the PowerDirector 2025?

Just done a quick test on PDR 365 23.5.1802.0 on Win 11, so not the same. Used a 3840x1080 clip and a setting in Pref of 1920x1080 for a shadow file. Seems to implement it OK - for what it's worth.
