I am tearing my hair out. I have used Power Director 365 for the past few weeks (April 2025) and apart from some lag on a file-heavy timeline, it has been fine and I have made around a dozen videos. Today, thumbnails of my photos and videos in my media files started acting up. The file shows up correctly in the viewing window, but on the timeline and in the media file folder, replicas of Background Files or Title Files or just two random colours side by side show up instead of the actual photo thumb.

I notice on an older forum that this problem has been around for over ten years!
