It no longer works. I click on Background Music (Meta) and it just acts like it's loading forever. I can't get out of it or click on anything else. I've never had a problem with it before. I tried reopening the application multiple times. I tried shutting down every other app. I even updated PowerDirector to the latest version (thanx for moving everything again 😡). I get the same result every time. PowerDirector just locks up trying to load it. I'm a realtor in Hawaii. I use the Background Music (Meta) because it's the only one with the Hawaiian genre, which I use for my virtual tours. I've got the whole tour edited and read to go–just need the background music, and now this BS 🤦🏻‍♂️. What can be done to make it work again? I've let it sit forever as it shows the spinning icon like it's loading the music, but nothing happens no matter how long I let it sit. Researching online, everyone says to disable hardware acceleration. I've combed through all the settings and there is NO HARDWARE ACCELERATION feature to turn off. I know at one point there was. Everything is "updated" all the time, to the point where anytime I look for help, the help available is outdated. Obviously I'm frustrated.
