Almost 5 minutes to load effects categories

Title says it all. It takes just short of 5 minutes for PD365 to load the categories of effects. The 'favorites' category appears immediately and what appears to be all the effect icons appear as normal, that is, almost immediately.
Version 21 is also slow in that it takes a couple of minutes to load he effects categories.
Audio, titles, transitions, overlays, templates all load quickly and normally.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

As I was going through a whole bunch of hoops for support, including sending them a video of effects not loading, shall we say quickly, a new update came out. Upon updating and rebooting the computer the effects categories load immediately.

As for version 21, I can't confirm that. It takes about 1 second for me to load the “fx” effects.
