9:16 Export Degrading Quality & Color

The original 9:16 clip I add to power director and attempt to export comes out with a noticeable lower quality and slightly less saturated color. I've played around with the profile settings for hours, trying to match the identical settings of the source video with no luck. Best I've done is maxing out the resolution and bitrate on PD but still can't get to the FHD quality of the original clip. Thoughts?
Attached are screenshots of settings and linked here is a drive to the source videos, named as original clip, matched settings, and maximum export settings clips. The original is noticeably brighter and sharper.

Which exact version of PDR are you using? On my system, using PDR365 23.0.0927.2 I can import your original .mov file to the Media Library but not to the Timeline. I get the usual Media Source Error Code 2. The last version of PDR that will import and play from the timeline (on my system) is PDR15. So I can't do any more testing on that front.
There is, as you say, a difference between the Exported files and the original, viewed side by side on my calibrated monitor - which doesn't seem to depend on the actual media player used - more noticeable on the lower res export than the higher res export.
Using MediaInfo, the Color Space is the same on all, and the chroma sub-sampling is the same. The codecs are different - which probably explains the difference?? - but, in practice, I'm not sure what can be best done without a lot of testing on multiple viewing systems or calibrated monitors.
