W. Inman Hi, Not sure what that means, but you posted in the Photodirector forum, so that is why I thought you meant bokeh effects in Photodirector. See attached photo.

Makes more sense you are talking about Powerdirector, though I don't remember ever seeing bokeh effects in there. Could you be referring to the 3rd party effects? If yes, they were removed lately, so that could be it:

Ashley Williams I appreciate the information...and thanks for at least responding. I did mention PD365 in my original post...and not too sure why I can't find some of the other questions I posted. This process can be frustrating since I can't really get assistance by phone. It really feels like running in a circle. I pay for two subscriptions and really hoped that the process for getting answers would be just a little bit more user / customer focused. There definitely were Bokeh effect options under the Effect Menu - Filters & Luts that are No Longer there, but were there...as recently as just a few short months ago when we used the effects in a video. As a long-time customer, I really hate to give up my subscription, but I need to be able to rely on the tools to be there when needed, otherwise what is the point of using the service? Adding new features is great, but not at the expense of quietly ending others.

Update: We had to roll back 6 versions to find the Effects / features: They are called Light Leaks and Retro Film.
