Move Red-Eye and Other UI Suggestions

- Why oh why is the function to deal with Red Eye placed anywhere other than in the Face Tools section under the People Beautifier tab?
- Why is it necessary to add a photo to the Library in order to Adjust it? (selecting 'No' dumps the image, even if I have performed edits on it).
To be clear:
1) Please move the Red Eye function over to the Face Tools section.
2) Please remove the requirement that an image be added to the Library in order to be edited.
3) Please place all the function menus on the same side (left or right is fine; user-selectable is better). Each of the menus can be collapsible to maximize editing space.

While we're at it, how about making the Red Eye function automatic in terms of finding the red eye (which it already detects the absence if there isn't enough red) as well as the size of the iris?
