Essential TOO essential

When I tried removing an object with the "Essential" prog, got message I needed to upgrade. But your advertising states "Easy-to-use photo editing software with premium editing features." I feel cheated because of the last 3 words.

If the software already comes with "premium editing features," why the need for "Premium" upgrade for a feature that should have come with Essential? Otherwise, strongly recommend removal of misleading "with premium editing feaures" from your advertising. I actually believed those words when I made the purchase.

Robert Love: What feature were you trying to use? If you have the Essential version, it is the free trial version so you didn't make a "purchase", right?
