Hi every1

I just bought YouCam 365 and installed it. Clicking the "Start" button, but nothing happened. Then I tried to run it manually, getting the attached (hope someone speaks german in here...) failure. I uninstalled it and installed it again, but nothing happened.

But how do I find the right website to download the right file?

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
