I bought a license for the standard version by mistake but I need the ultra version. The program is always just called “PowerDVD 23", no matter which version you have installed. When I wanted to watch a Blu-ray, it said I should upgrade to “PowerDVD 23", even though the program is already called “PowerDVD 23". Now the website only offers me to buy Ultra again for full price, even though I've already paid for features. Is there any other way I can upgrade?
