PowerDVD 23 refuses to open after upgrading to ULTRA

After installing the update for ULTRA, PowerDVD 23 refuses to open. I deactivated my anti-virus and then reinstalled the software with the standard version, I have no problems opening. But as soon as I install the update, PowerDVD crashes as soon as I open it.

Delete everything with an uninstaller that has 30 days of testing time, where it still searches for the rest and deletes it, reboot it and reinstall it again.
First, also search for the latest PowerDVD 23 installer on the website, because fewer updates have to be made by entering the license key.
