When attempting to edit movie information, program freezes and has to be force closed using Task Manager. This problem has existed for some time and has NEVER been addressed or fixed. The fact is that the MoovieLine database is a nightmare of incorrect information and predominantly in Chinese or Taiwanese despite selecting the information be the same as the systemt default language setting. Apparently, all the bad reviews regarding Cyberlink's support are true. They always blame the customer for the problems and never provide a solution. Even then, they still want access to the users personal cloud storage area like Google, One drive and Dropbox rather than provide a means to upload the dump files directly to them.
