Does the Video Editor Android App support real 4K video editing including import and export?

I have a 4K video (mp4) that I want to import in 4K, then stabilize using the video stabilization function, and then export in 4K.
Does the PowerDirector Android app support this?
I don't want the video to be downscaled to 1080p and then scaled back up to 4K after video stabilization. I want real 4K video editing without significant downscaling and upscaling. The quality of the 4K raw material must be preserved. Of course, I am aware that video stabilization leads to a slight loss of resolution quality...

PDR does support 4K editing, i.e. without the need to downscale it. However, it depends on your Android device. Here is their list of Android devices that support 4K editing:
If your device does not have the right chip, that's when the video is downgraded, because the device can't handle.

Jets 2011: I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S with Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G. PowerDirector initially did ask me whether to downscale the video to 1080p for faster editing or to keep the original resolution. I did choose original resolution. Seems to work.
