ColorDirector is currently unable to display the visual component of any video files. While the audio plays correctly, the video does not render in the preview window. Additionally, video playback does not function within the Trim or Scene Detection tools.
This issue appears to be isolated to ColorDirector. Other components of the Director Suite (e.g., PowerDirector, AudioDirector) are functioning as expected and can successfully play both video and audio.
Troubleshooting Attempted:
Verified that the issue occurs across multiple video files and formats
Confirmed that hardware acceleration and preview settings in other Director Suite programs do not appear to be causing conflicts
Ensured GPU drivers are up to date
