Can't build a move media library.

- In Nov of 2024, I replaced my Windows 10 system with a new system from Dell Computer the OptiPlex Micro Form Factor 7020 BTX.
- I bought PowerDVD 23
- I created a movie library from my NAS server, where the movies are stored. It worked fine.
- Users of the product were confused because the order that the library showed the movie titles was confusing.
- I renumbered all the many items on the server using this scheme.
a. First item .0001 movie name - 300
b, Second item .0002 movie name on .iso file.
c. Third item .0003
d. Forth name on .iso file .0004
etc. to .0241 on the .iso file for Valerian
- Waited overnight for library to adjust to the new numbering.
- Nothing happened.
- Deleted and reinstalled PowerDVD so that the library was gone.
9, Tried to recreate library, but got into a loop as shown in Attached files. Goes from screen where movie locations are stored (on server), to screen that is "Organize your movies" which goes back to the first screen.
Does PowerDVD have a problem sorting folders/items with this numbering scheme?

My guess is because it is a network drive you are facing these issues, especially when you are just using the IP address.
Maybe try mapping the network drive to give it a drive letter in Windows and then try again.

Thanks. Yes, I have done that since the IP address may change. It made no difference. Point is that it was working previously, and it only stopped when I renumbered the files on the NAS.
