  4. Advertise or sell any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicit others or use any Forum for commercial purposes of any kind or in any form.
  5. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
  6. Engage in antisocial, disruptive, or destructive acts, including "flaming," "spamming," "flooding," "trolling," and "grieving" as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet. This includes any content or any link that leads to either harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, pornographic, libelous, discriminatory, vulgar, or context that are religion, culturally, politically, ethnically, or sexually offensive.
  7. Delete any legal notices, disclaimers, or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, or modify any logos that users do not own or have express permission to modify.
  8. Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit material or make statements that do not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme in this forum.
  9. Display, reproduce, distribute or quote any materials or contents sourced from CyberLink Forum without content owner’s prior consent.
  10. In order to foster a positive online community, we kindly request users to post constructive feedback that can contribute to the improvement of our software and user experience. In the event the post is determined to be mostly an expression of frustration and discontent, CyberLink reserves the right to close this post accordingly.
  11. In order to encourage new conversations and maintain a vibrant and active forum, CyberLink reserves the right to close similar or repetitive feature suggestion posts after a certain period of time.
CyberLink Forum reserves the right to modify these Management Regulations from time to time.
