Starting from June 2024, the program preview volume of PowerDirector 365 is controlled by the OS system volume. To adjust the program preview volume from now on, you can directly adjust the OS system volume with the speaker icon on the Windows 10/11 taskbar.

If the program is still muted or the program volume is much lower than the Windows system volume, we suggest you check the Windows Volume Mixer. You can open Volume Mixer by right-clicking the speaker icon on the Windows 10/11 taskbar, and then selecting the Open Volume mixer option. In the mixer panel, ensure the PowerDirector program is not muted, or adjust the PowerDirector volume with the volume slider.
